Installing IntegraLink SMART
SMART
Installer Download
This 993KB Windows installer file (MSI) will install SMART on your PC. Download
the file and run it. You will need your IntegraLink SMART user name
and password to complete the installation.
Microsoft Net Framework 2.0 (use links below)
IntegraLink SMART uses Microsoft's Net Framework. Net Framework 2 may already be installed on your computer. If not, be sure to download and install one of these packages:

Power Management for SMART
SMART must be installed on a computer that is turned on at all times
and is not allowed to hibernate or sleep. These functions are
controlled by Windows Power Management. This 221KB PDF document

Restarting SMART
Occasionally an IntegraLink polling specialist may ask you to restart
SMART. You may do this by restarting the computer; if that's not

IntegraLink Utilities: Use Only As Directed
SMART Manual Net Framework
Registration
This 1KB command file will run a Microsoft Net Framework repair
utility that will manually register SMART.
Download and use this file only under the direct guidance of an IntegraLink polling specialist. The polling specialist will explain how to use the manual registration file.
IntegraLink SMART Log
Grabber
This 300KB application will extract the Applications log and the
SMART log from the Windows XP Event Viewer and send the log files to
an IntegraLink technician for review.
PuTTY
Used to test SSH connection to IntegraLink.
